Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada (AMC) has the mission to foster and promote the growth and development of the agricultural manufacturing industry in Canada. With a steadfast goal to address and improve the workforce challenges in the industry, AMC initiated the “Career in Ag” project.
At the heart of this project was the critical need to build a compelling, functional digital platform to bridge gaps, inspire connections, and propel the industry forward, and we answered the call.
The Challenge
AMC had a clear vision of the project – to create a digital space that not only linked job seekers and employers but also educated and enthralled the public about the modern agriculture manufacturing industry.
We were tasked to bring this vision to life, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience across a wide range of demographics.
THE SOLUTION
Every successful project begins with strong branding. Recognizing this need, we brought our strategy and creativity to the forefront. Our approach blended innovation and tradition, featuring a signature maple leaf symbolizing Canada alongside modern colour contrasts to highlight the brand’s mission of addressing career opportunities in agriculture.
The Result
We used a modern aesthetic with a punctuated approach to design this multi-faced website. Our design integrated a dynamic job board, comprehensive training and education resources, industry news, and fundraising functions.
Eye-catching colour dividers were used to guide users through different sections and functionalities. Every element, from layout to content organization, was designed to enhance user engagement and streamline accessibility.
Inspired by Pauline’s creativity and enthusiasm for the Careers in Ag website project, it was an exciting decision for Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada to partner with 26 Projects on such an important initiative.
With a tight timeline to be ready for the first in Canada, Agricultural Career Fair at Canada’s Farm Show in Regina, the 26 Projects team accommodated the unique and demanding needs of an evolving campaign in launching careersinag.ca along with new branding guidelines and added design concepts.
We would recommend 26 Projects to any organization looking for a creative and team minded approach to their projects.
