Within the vast landscape of Artis REIT emerged the 300 Main project, initially positioned as a commercial venture with residential components, but then converted to a residential tower.

Artis REIT sought a partner to infuse vitality into their vision for this exceptional landmark. We won the pitch for our rich experience in marketing similar properties, meticulous planning, and a strategic eye that envisions beyond the ordinary. 

Working with 26 Projects has been an amazing, creative experience that has significantly contributed to the success of our 300 Main Project.

At the time we started our collaboration, 300 Main did not have a full brand identity apart from the main logo, our journey started with creating the brand strategy followed by crafting the brand elements and all collateral materials.
