Between Paris and the Prairies

The making of the cookbook Les Marchés Français led two Manitoban prairie-grown acquaintances to explore the freshness and variety Paris has to offer. The book was a result of the joint effort between our studio director Pauline’s creative direction, photography, and chef Brian’s expertise in the kitchen. As different as the Canadian prairie and the European Metropolis are, life has many interesting ways of reminding us that how different or how similar two things can be. It is, perhaps, only a question of perspective.
